  3rd Space - II Baltic Biennale - St. Petersburg

"Unbreakable" will be screened as part of the screening event 3rdSPACE during The II Baltic Biennale of Contemporary Art in St Petersburg, June 15th at Derzhavin Museum together with works by Trine Lise Nedreaas, HC Morstang, Mattias Härenstam and Margarida Paiva.

The film lends its title from Arthur Koestler's 1940 novel. It will be shown for the first time at , TSSK (Trondelag Center for Contemporary Art) as an installation. Sound design by: Leon Muraglia

The G.U.N. Ladies have been invited to participate at Tekstallianse at the Literature House in Oslo. There we will present the Swedish artist Lisa Torell who will make a site specific work that incorporates The G.U.N. Ladies and the launching of our fanzine "Another Kind of Monster".

On the left is a still from "Behold a Pale Horse", a super 8 film transferred to DV. The film is part of a larger installation combied with a sculptural work and a series of text & photo collages. You can view an excerpt from the video by clicking on VIDEOS in the menu bar.

  Taide 2008- Contemporary Art Fair

Welcome to Taide 2008, Finlands first Contemporary Art Fair which takes place at Wanha Satama in Helsinki. Through Boring Films participation my video "Trust" will be shown at their stand.
Boring Films will at booth 108 "be presenting a selection of the most accomplished International New Media Artists of today".



  Grande Dame & Karlsson

Public comissioned work at Hoybraten School in Oslo. Completed in May 2008.

The artwork consists of two propellers mounted on the school´s gym. The one propeller is driven by the sun and the other one by wind.

”After Hours” is an outdoor, public screening of the works of Mitsuhiro Ikeda (JAP), Thabang Lehobye (SA), Maïder Fortuné (FR), Jan Freuchen & Linn A Pedersen (NO) and Elke Boon (BE) in Askim. The works investigate different psychological or physiological elements of our undertakings, challenging the onlooker as to what we actually are witnessing.
"After Hours" is curated by Mariken Kramer and produced by Point OE.

Screening at Kampen Bistro in Oslo, March 21st at 19hrs. The film was made in 2006 in collaboration with Miriam Kramer and is 21 min long.
