"Grande Dame & Karlsson"is a public comissioned work for Hoybraaten School in Oslo. The artwork consists of two propellers mounted on the school´s gym. The big propeller, Grande Dame, turns by the help of the wind that hits it. It turns both clockwise and anti-clockwise. The second and smaller propeller, Karlsson, is run by the electricity that the solarpanel generates.
